UseParli

Terms of Service

These terms cover use of UseParli for inventory, sourcing, restock, and order-handoff workflows.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

Using UseParli

UseParli provides inventory, par-level, sourcing, restock, and order-handoff tools for food, dessert, beverage, and specialty retail teams. Each business is responsible for the accuracy of the information its owners, managers, employees, and integrations enter into the service.

Users must have permission from the business workspace they access and must not attempt to access another business, location, account, integration, or dataset without authorization.

Inventory and restock decisions

UseParli can recommend actions based on counts, thresholds, source preferences, availability signals, and historical activity. These recommendations are operational aids, not guarantees that an item is available, correctly priced, or suitable for a specific use.

Business owners and managers remain responsible for approving purchases, confirming quantities, checking substitutions, and making final inventory decisions.

Provider integrations

UseParli may connect with point-of-sale, delivery, grocery, messaging, accounting, marketplace, or other third-party services. Those providers are independent services and may have their own accounts, permissions, pricing, availability, delivery rules, and terms.

Unless a provider has authorized an integration for checkout or ordering, UseParli should be treated as a recommendation and handoff layer. One-click ordering should only be enabled where the provider account, permissions, and approval workflow support it.

Accounts and permissions

Workspace owners are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, reviewing access, and removing users who no longer need access. Employees should only use the permissions needed for their assigned duties.

UseParli may restrict, suspend, or remove access if an account appears to create security risk, misuse provider data, interfere with service operation, or violate these terms.

Service availability

UseParli is provided as an operational tool and may change over time. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent availability of any integration, or error-free recommendations.

Businesses should keep reasonable backup procedures for critical purchasing and inventory decisions, especially during provider outages, internet disruptions, or unusually high-volume days.

Brand and third-party marks

Use of third-party provider names, logos, or references is for identifying possible operational sources and integrations. It does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless expressly stated.

Businesses are responsible for using provider services in accordance with the provider terms that apply to their accounts.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product, integrations, or legal requirements change. Continued use of UseParli after an update means the business accepts the updated terms.
