UseParli
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how UseParli handles information for inventory, sourcing, restock, and order-handoff workflows.

What UseParli collects
UseParli collects the information needed to run inventory and restock workflows for a business. That can include business profile details, location names, users, roles, item names, unit counts, par levels, restock thresholds, source preferences, order handoff notes, and activity history.
When integrations are enabled, UseParli may receive provider identifiers, catalog references, availability information, order status updates, or other operational data from connected services. The exact data depends on the integration the business authorizes.
How information is used
We use this information to show current inventory status, detect low or out-of-stock items, recommend restock quantities, prepare owner review lists, coordinate staff handoffs, and improve the reliability of the product.
UseParli may also use technical information, such as device, browser, error, and usage data, to secure the service, diagnose issues, and keep the app working across mobile and desktop devices.
Sharing and integrations
UseParli does not sell business inventory data. Data is shared only when needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, protect the service, or connect an integration that the business chooses to use.
Food delivery, grocery, point-of-sale, messaging, payment, hosting, analytics, database, and infrastructure providers may process information under their own terms when their services are connected or used to deliver UseParli.
Ordering and provider data
UseParli can help prepare sourcing recommendations and order handoffs. Purchases, substitutions, delivery windows, prices, refunds, and marketplace availability remain controlled by the relevant provider unless UseParli has a direct authorized integration for that action.
Provider prices and availability can change quickly. Teams should review recommendations before submitting or approving purchases.
Retention and security
UseParli keeps operational records for as long as they are needed to provide the service, support the business, meet legal obligations, or maintain audit history for inventory and restock decisions.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect account and operational data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so businesses should use strong access controls and limit employee permissions to the roles they need.
Choices and requests
A business may request access, correction, export, or deletion of its data, subject to legal, security, and operational limits. Some records may need to be retained for audit, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons.
Employees should contact their business owner or administrator for role changes, access questions, or removal from a workspace.
